Yes. We recommend an introductory meet-and-greet before your first booking so your pet can become familiar with the caregiver, and so you can ask questions about routines, feeding, medication, or any specific needs your pet has.

We can administer routine medication such as tablets or prescribed drops if you provide clear instructions and the medication itself. Please share dosage details and timing in advance so we can follow your vet's guidance accurately.

We send a short update after each visit or walk, letting you know how your pet is doing, whether they ate, and any observations worth mentioning. This helps you stay informed while you're at work or away from home.

For regular dog walking, a few days' notice is usually enough to set up a recurring schedule. For pet sitting during travel, we recommend booking at least a week ahead, especially during busier travel periods in Luxor.
